Referencies Industrial chimneys

After three months of intensive engagement of our four working teams we have completed a repair of emergency reinforced concrete defects on three high-rise buildings in SE, a.s., ENO plant.

In October, we supplied a complete coating of a 150m high power engineering chimney and 83m high paint shop chimney in Volkswagen Bratislava.

In the autumn 2011, we successfully completed an extensive repair of damaged inner load-bearing parts of the K6 +70m high chimney in Bratislavská teplárenská, a.s. – plant VÝCHOD by guniting chemically and thermally resistant materials from MC Bauchemie.

A repair of desulphurized waste gas duct system of one of the largest flue-gas ducting in Slovakia was launched during a shutdown in desulphurization unit.

Both chimney platforms in the incineration house KOSIT, a.s., Košice were rehabilitated and the lower one also supported by steel brackets at the turn of August and September 2011.

After insulating the upper part of the chimney liner +201/2.75 m from the interspace in 2011, we went back to KOVOHUTY, a.s. upon the customer´s request already in spring in order to carry out repair works on an outer reinforced concrete shaft in the summer season.

A complete reconstruction of a +240m high chimney in Duslo, a.s., Šaľa heating plant started on 27th July 2011. It included a local repair of stainless ventilation liner sealants as well as the rehabilitation of anticorrosive coatings on anti-vibration spacers.

The necessary repairs of all parts of the chimney cannot be completed within one year. The plan of repairs is divided into stages according to specific steps.

A repair of 4-vent monolithic reinforced concrete chimney took place in August. The original ceramic liner casing was replaced by stainless steel one.

These days, we are starting a 2nd stage of a 192m high chimney modernization for Žilinská teplárenská, a.s.
